I genuinely enjoy living here. It is an affordable place to live while I attend college. Not too far from campus, very quiet for the most part, accessible gym and pool area. Everyone that works at the office is very helpful and nice!!!
It's not a bad place to live. I enjoy it and I have already re-signed to live here again. If you are looking for something affordable then this is the place for you!
Nice sized apartments for a reasonable price Great location ( not too far from campus and not too far from the mall and beach) People in the office are so friendly. The bus is perfect for getting to campus or Walmart when i don't feel like driving (Ms. A is so nice)
Amazing staff creating a great environment for residents.
The people at the office are really awesome and try to help you in anyway. The apartment complex needs a major redo. The apartments are not the greatest. There are issues within the apartments that are not necessarily handled. Standards should be much higher. They try to do the most with the residents as they can but I feel as though there should still be more.
Indigo@110 is a great community! This is my first year living out here, and I like it so far!
At first I really didn't like the new company. For different reasons but now things are better. They have more events and benefits for residents. Maintenance is amazing and they fix whatever you need. Garret is still the best in the office and Dominque is great as well!
I lived at UV/Indigo at 110 since January of 15 and throughout my time I've been through a lot with unit issues and roommate issues. Overall my experience with this company and complex has just been mediocre. I do think that they are taking the correct actions to better the property. Overall not a terrible place to live but you definitely get what you pay for and I truly believe that.
This is a great option for off campus housing for students! The office staff and maintenance are available when you need them and I've never had any problems living here.
