These guys can't even fix a simple internet issue.
I made a terrible decision of signing a lease here. I have had issues with one of my roommates smoking in the apartment and I have made multiple complaints at the front office. Nothing was ever done about the roommate smoking in the apartment. All of my clothes and even my hair smells of smoke all the time. The price that I pay for rent is definitely not worth the terrible experience that I have had living here. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I love it at UV. I have been here 3 yrs. The rate is Great. I feel safe. They are very helpful and I enjoy all of the fun and diversity.
one of the worst decisions i have ever made was living there. most of the lease consultants are very nonchalant and do not do a good job of addressing your issues. the apartment i stayed in was disgusting: infested with centipedes and other creepy crawlers, and reeked of cigarettes! university village DOES NOT clean the property once someone moves out, so your basically living in someone else's filth until you decide to clean it. i would not recommend this community to anyone! the pricing is too much for the poor quality.
I've been living here for about 2 years and I honestly can't complain! I feel safe, comfortable, and appreciated as a resident.
