Clean and paint and fix the things that need to be done.. wiping the walls down is not good enough.. how about cleaning cobwebs down..if a tub is black clean it..rust..mold..lint..etc..should not be there at check-in..an effort of some type would be a plus!!!
Indigo at 110 provides a very friendly, sociable, interactive environment. It would be great if they opened back up the basketball gym! This will provide residents with another way to bond with one another.
Hey, I really enjoy staying here. The staff is great and handles all problems with swiftness. The wifi and all the other amenities make it great to stay here. It's affordable, especially with me being a full time student and trying to save money!
Honestly you get for what the fuck you pay for. First maintenance is horrible you waste your time putting in an online maintenance request because the shit is going be sitting there, they never come fix the problem but they be so quick to take your money for the first of the month tho. Oh yea if you have an emergency you should just save your breath the on call maintenance person doesn’t answer. Indigo would be better if their maintenance staff gave a fuck.
