I was trying out a new place to get a haircut and I was so nervous. However I’ve heard really good things about Indie Mane, so I thought I’d give them a try. Stopped by Indie Salon for a routine haircut and ended up with a surprisingly “unique” experience. Got poked in the eye with a comb (first time for everything), was told hair wax doesn’t need to be washed before clippers (also new to me), and left with enough loose hair on my neck and inside my shirt to take home as a souvenir. Not sure if this was just an off day, but it definitely didn’t feel like a place that prioritizes detail or basic client comfort.

Madelyn was amazing! This was my first time seeing her and it won’t be the last. We completed a huge blonding journey together today and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was knowledgeable, professional and a calming presence during my 7 hour appointment. It was worth every minute and penny spent!
