I tried to reach out to the owner (who reached out to me to confirm the rental) 2 times before posting this and he chose not to respond. Save your money! I rented the party bus and was sent pictures of a nice bus and was very impressed. I was sent pictures of a bus with monitors, lights, and everything was working. As a bride- DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want disaster and disrespect- it might be a good choice. The bus broke down on wedding day and left 14 people without transportation to get to photos and the ceremony, while still requesting the full payment. I was the groom in a wedding. We booked Indy party bus for 10 hours. They went to pick us up on our wedding day and called me (the groom) off the bus to tell me the bus was broken and we needed to de-load. After bringing 3 coolers and the whole wedding party off, booking $200 worth of Ubers. They told us in the parking lot at our wedding - we had to pay the full amount for booking while planning our absolute wedding day catastrophe. We paid - then proceeded to take Ubers and continue on. Was a best man at a wedding with this shuttle company recently and they picked us up for pictures and then told us a belt on the engine broke. We all had to book Ubers to the pictures and the driver still demanded full payment as he was asking us to Uber to pictures. Company did not offer any refund or reimbursements, despite us incurring $200 in Ubers for what we paid this company to do. Do not use this company!
Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. The bus broke down and they forced us to buy ubers with no accommodation for the money we spent. After, when we respectfully reached out to the owner he was incredibly defensive and responded like an insecure child throwing a temper tantrum who knows he has a failing business. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
