Absolutely had a horrible experience with these people. No one would call my specialty pharmacy or my insurance company to get approval for medication. They said I needed for celiac disease. No one ever answers The phone in the office tried repetitively for a week and a half to get a hold of them. They never follow through on what they say they’re going to do would never recommend this place!

Dr. Chen explained everything to me. I felt a lot better after I saw him. I am not so worried about the procedure now.
Dr.Shan Chan was excellent because he took time to explain things if I didn't understand. Everyone in the office was friendly.
