After being a patient for over 41 years, I've fired them for lousy customer service. The doctors were great. I had two doctors in my 41+ years. I would not recommend.
I've been calling for 3 weeks and their "call back" is a joke. They never call you back. I have Chron's Disease and you would think the doctors would be there to help you but they aren't. Don't go here. You would think with the horrible reviews they would change things. Instead of apologizing and say that they "strive for 5 stars" if you strive for 5 stars why don't you treat your patients better. The only way they see me is if I have to go to the ER because the pain of Chron's Disease gets so bad. Then they call and ask why... read more
Phone staff not very friendly at all. Also, if you cancel same day, they want a 100.00 hold to reschedule; they say it's because it covers their loss. They're a specialty group, in high demand, doubtful they lose anything. My biggest complaint is that their staff is one of the most unfriendliest.
