RecommendedI just bought some flooring from these guys today. Very friendly, very professional and they definitely have many styles and variety to choose from. I was also able to take home some borrowed tile samples witch were not charged for like other department stores.
We have used the Indianapolis Floor Store twice and both times have been more than impressed with their work and timeliness. They are fairly priced and easy to work with. Phil and his team are professional and fast! Tons of flooring options for every budget.
We were thrilled with the experience we had using Indianapolis Floor Store. This is the 2nd time we have used them and couldn’t be happier. They were quick to respond to my flooring request, the work was done quickly and they cleaned up after each day of work. I refer them to all my friends and family and will use them for future projects.
Sad to have to write this review. I had them install laminate and carpet. During my carpet install they left abruptly and my home was a disaster. They destroyed a $600 Arhaus table and left everything in my home in disarray. I called the owner and sent him pics. I ended up cleaning for 8 hours to fix the mess and nothing was done about the loss of my table. After hounding me via text to pay my balance I am now left with floor boards that aren’t nailed down. Josh was great, didn't have enough flooring in stock, but was very accommodating to get it to us once it arrived, since we live over an hour away! Highly recommend these guys!!!
Philip and his wife were amazing. Got a great deal on the floor and even went out of his way to deliver as he was going to check on a job near my house. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
