Staff team are very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to my child and I while in their care.
Dr. Sarah Puffer is great, as are the other physicians or nurses we've seen. However, the office staff leave a lot to be desired. They're never friendly (including while they're giving your baby shots) or go out of their way to be helpful. They also stop answering the phones before 5pm, so you'll have to wait until the next day to schedule an appt for your sick child, taking more time out of your work day.
