Daughter went to see Dr. Nelson (ENT), ended up seeing Elms. Elms didn't even look at my daughter's chart. Just brushed her off. She has MRSA in her ear. Put a tube in her ear during surgery and we told them before surgery not to put the tube in. Want to get rid of MRSA , it has been in five months.

Healthcare is not ideal in America now. IU Health is huge and helps many people and people can have varied experiences. In my experience, our doctor, the procedure, financial assistance, and the focus on children was amazing and definetly a step above other healthcare centers.
I'm past the point of frustration with IU Health billing department. I have made several calls and after 4 months still can't get my billing issues resolved. I have spoken to multiple people and they tell me they have sent my bill through medicaid and then can't find the bill or can see it wasn't sent. After 4 months of just asking for it to be billed through insurance they sent me to collections. They owned their mistake and promised to pull it back from collection and bill insurance properly just to find out that hasn't ha... read more
