Fantastic experience at this clinic! I have been here several times for my allergy shots and I have always felt cared for and listened to. Very glad we have this option for the campus and the community!

I visited campus health at 980 Indiana with a colleague after an exposure for moral support. The nurse, Eleanor White discussed her results in front of 2 other patients in the waiting room. These were highly sensitive results that were very private in nature. This lead to me filing a report with the Compliance unit within IU. I am currently working with compliance to have this issue resolved. The nurse can use some training on confidentiality and professionalism. Doctors are nice, but good luck trying to get through to anyone on the phone (whether to book an appointment or pay your bill). There is no online option to do this, and no one picks the phone. Edit one year later: I received an unexpected bill from them more than a year later despite having paid off all my bills and changed my provider in 2024. Been trying to call them to discuss this bill, but as usual, no response.

So I’m a medical student and I went there last week. The nurse Ella (very pushy slightly rude heavyset lady in her 60’s) triaged my sisters visit in the waiting room in front of 6 other patients. Pretty sure this is a blatant hipaa violation as she asked her medical information in front of everyone. I let her know we didn’t appreciate it. She said her manger Casey would call me but I haven’t heard anything yet. I’m definitely going to voice my concerns with the higher ups.
