Dr. Kubek was 4 hours late for his first appointment and was never on time at any follow up appointments. He stated he had to put my surgery off for 3 months cause he needed to study for a test then just abandoned me with no follow up care. I have fought with the hospital since he got paid for no care but the hospital refuses to do anything. His office lied about me to the attorney general when I filed a complaint and I'm still waiting for them to call me back with the reason why they lied and who it was. Stay far away!!!!
