Great experience and highly recommended. We had 2 other local companies out to repair industrial heating units. After unsuccessful attempts or saying they don’t service this brand, we called them per recommendation. So grateful as they dug in and earned our business. They weren’t experienced in our brand either but called tech service, did some old fashioned troubleshooting, and found the issue. They had the parts ordered and installed in a matter of days. Highly recommend them they are the absolute best
I contacted Indiana Technical Service with 2 major issues with a 2 door refrigerator and a water heater. First off, Sara is wonderful!! They jumped leaps and bounds to help and make sure they did everything they could to get on site, get parts ordered next day and even changed out the water heater for us! They were nothing short of AMAZING!!! I AM SOOO GLAD I FOUND THEM! They are a diamond in the rough, as far as service companies go :)
