I am very happy with my experience at Dr Cain's office. The staff was very professional and well mannered. The Dr was so knowledgeable and knew my problem. He put a plan in place to fix my problem. He has reduced my pain by 50%. He is very thorough in his diagnosis. He makes sure to answer any questions you may have. He is a very pleasant Dr to work with. I have seen the reviews of other people on this website and was hesitate about coming. But i am sure glad that i did come. I would recommend his services to anyone!
Didn’t get pass the front office, the heavier lady was so rude it appears she’s A)miserable B)hates her job!
MY MOTHER WENT TO THIS DR. THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO HER THE DR. AND THE NURSE SHE HAS HAD MANY OF DR. BUT NEVE T.D JAS BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY.
I wanted to give them no star but could not post without putting at least one. This review I tried to post yesterday but couldn't due to the star . I was treated with the most RUDE approach ever received by a doctor office. I even returned to make a complaint to the doctor whom came out with a distasteful look as the clerk talks about me on the phone. After telling the doctor of how I was treated he said so why would it bother me if his front desk clerk act like I was not at the door trying to get in. RUDE!!!!!
