The worst pain clinic ever. This people that work here are horrible, they treat you horrible and talk to you like your an idiot. God forbid you get frustrated and they threatened to terminate you from the clinic. Highly suggest finding a different pain clinic. This place is the worst.
The office was closed today, but they did not tell anyone. They let patients drive all the way in for their appointment and there was no one there. Very disrespectful to patients and patient care. In addition, the patients that were showing up needed med refills. Had to call the answering service who said the refills would be sent by the end of the day. That was not done either. They don't return calls. They let you go a long time without your meds. Despite leaving multiple phone calls. They never answer the phone.
Can never call. No one answers and voice mail is always full.
Everything and everyone is great except their call center they never call back I have to reschedule I’ve called for a week and a half every day 10-15 times a day and no answer left messages and no call backs it’s really upsetting
