Dirty unorganized and unprofessional. I will never go back there.
I've been trying to get my prescription for 4 weeks. V.m. always full. Nurses don't call you back and they don't answer, last nurse I spoke with 4 weeks ago, I could barely understand. This is where I got sent to by my DR, this is worse then the Dr office. Been seen once, new patient.
You can never get them on the phone. I've been trying since Friday and get this mailbox full. So there is no leaving a message. I'm completely out of my pain med. So yeah lucky me I get to suffer. I definitely need to find another place. Oh and they lie and say you do no calls no show. They claim 3 times in one month I did that. When I know for a fact it's a lie, they charge you 25 per no call no show
I was charge 50$ for not coming to my doctor appointment all because medicated wasn't available to find me transportation for the appointment i paid for it regardless I told the lady at the front desk that it's not my fault but still I had to pay for not showing up
