If I could rate a 0, I would. Initial appt for my husband was a wreck when we waited for two hours before I rinsed them he was there, waiting and in intense pain with nerve damage. They said they got confused as to whether we were there for neurology or pain management. The referral was for both. They finally got him in for a supposed EMG then sent us to the pain management side where they did not even mention options besides medication. We had a difficult time getting the pain med filled. I was referred to this clinic by my ENT doctor, and I totally regret it. This healthcare clinic is terrible; I would bet that facilities in third-world countries are better than this place. While the doctor might be okay, whoever owns this establishment should be ashamed. The staff was not helpful at all, and the facility is dirty. The doctor prescribed a medication, but I have called three times and left messages with no return call. Again, I would strongly encourage you to stay away from this place.
Dirty unorganized and unprofessional. I will never go back there.
I've been trying to get my prescription for 4 weeks. V.m. always full. Nurses don't call you back and they don't answer, last nurse I spoke with 4 weeks ago, I could barely understand. This is where I got sent to by my DR, this is worse then the Dr office. Been seen once, new patient.
