I wouldn't trust this company with taking care of my dog. Let alone a family member. They let a family members infection get so bad he has been in the hospital on life support for the last five weeks. They never called anyone to say there was a problem. His mother just stopped by unexpected and saw the infection and immediately took him to the emergency room. The doctor said if she hadn't done it then he would not have lived through the night.
