If I could give a zero star review I would, I have never had an experience like this before. PA was very judgmental. I can hear everything even when the door is closed. I thought health care providers are supposed to provide comfort and listen to your concerns about your symptoms. I would not recommend this location.
Washing Street Update 10.17.2026 I was just sent another bill. I've spoke with incompetent staff. I've sent letters and documentation regarding the treatment...or lack of treatment AND mistreatment I received at this location. It is illegal to bill the code that you billed and charge me for services that I did not receive. Dr. Kinders and staff were very caring. He listened to everything I told him and explained things in a way I understood.
Took my son in for a sinus infection. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient! Our go to urgent care!
