I am incredibly frustrated with the care I received here. Despite exhibiting clear symptoms of Cyclospora during a well-documented nationwide outbreak, the doctor refused to run the necessary testing. This showed a concerning lack of awareness regarding current public health alerts and basic diagnostic protocols. Patients rely on doctors to stay informed about active outbreaks, and unfortunately, this provider failed to do so.
My experience walking in the facility was very nice. The front office girl was polite but nothing other than that. The black nurse that took me back was exceptional, she asked a lot of questions. In and out in 11 minutes. Walkin! Perscription waiting at Meyers 7 minutes later. They knew precisely how to address my problem without doubting my explanation. Thanks to this team my issue is in remission the next day. THANKS LADIES! WITH LOVE!
