Very good experience yesterday. Staff was SUPER nice. I came in on a Friday night and was seen right away. PA was very caring and kind. This will be my go to urgent care from now on.
My youngest daughter was seen 17 March. She was seen by a female PA there. And was diagnosed with a “viral infection.” The next day woke up had fluid leaking from her right ear (and ear infection it was green and yellow) wasn’t given anything other than a script for my youngest to help with cough and congestion. Had I not had medicated ear drops on hand that would be another doctor’s visit. She had tubes re-inserted a month ago. Long wait time however all staff were professional and friendly.
I think there were too many appointments scheduled too close together. When we got there there wasn't anywhere to sit because it was full and all the people had appointments. The provider and staff were awesome.
What a waste of time and money. Great customer service checking in. Zero care from the provider, Lynn. She was cold, smart mouthed and condescending. After she told me what she thought from behind her computer, she then looked at the wound from afar. Couldn't be bothered to actually look! I wouldn't step foot in this place again if I had to.
