Definitely wouldn’t trust their posted hours if you’re actually in need of “urgent care”. They wouldn’t take me in an emergency within 1/2hr of closing time.

Absolutely WILD. They wouldn’t take peoples names when we came in they just asked everyone to immediately sit and then self decide who was “next” when they called out “next”. Then people realized that you could go stand in line so people started getting checked in in a random order. When we asked what the point of an appointment was (which we had scheduled 4 hours in advance since we had a sick toddler) they said that an appointment doesn’t actually get you seen at any point it’s just to get your paper work in.
