Had poly lift service June of 2024. They had to come back in March 2025 to do it over again. The tech had attitude from the beginning. I had found a few broken chunks off my brick...tech denied doing it so they lie. Then management finally responded 10 days later...but did nothing.
Well, we had some substantial rain last week and was (well, I thought) assured my new sump pump system would handle the job! Wrong!! The sump pump seemed to work )up until it started making loud buzzing noise), but the discharge outlet where water exits was not even close to being effective which they assured me would not cause any issues. One of the worst contractor companies in the state, if not the country. Buyer beware and engage at your own risk. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND!
Our consultant Tim V was very polite and professional. He throughly explained everything to us, and gave us the best option to meet our needs.
Doug did a fantastic job for us. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything clearly and answer all our questions. He was very friendly, and we do not feel pressured or like we were being oversold on things we did not need. We highly recommend Doug and Indiana Foundation Service.
