I had a procedure today and it was such a pleasant facility. Everybody was kind and attentive to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Khalid and his nurse were wonderful. Definitely going back for my next procedure. Thank you so much

They billed 2.5x what the IUH cost estimator said it would cost for the procedure at this hospital. Had nothing to do with insurance. Avoid if possible.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IU Health's Endoscopy Center downtown has been an absolute billing nightmare. First of all, I️ had an endoscopy scheduled for the end of 2021, when we had already met our deductible. I️ had to reschedule because the staff said they would, but failed to, send me information about getting a COVID test prior to the surgery and details about how I️ needed to prepare.
