Spend 4 days here for Gencon 2017 and had a phenomenal experience felt the temperature was great considering the amount of people in the building and all the facilities were clean. The only problem is with 67,000 people attending every day occasionally ran out of paper towel in the bathrooms. But there was always cleaning their crew cleaning up and making sure things look nice.
One thing very much needed is more vending machines that accept credit cards and vending machines that don't charge $3 for a bottle of water. Other than that the center is great.
I had a great time gaming at the Indiana Convention Center. Things went smoothly and I could not be happier about GenCon.
Very clean, the staff was wonderful, my only suggestion is better padding in the dealer hall :)
The Indy Convention Center is huge, well accommodating, clean, has an amazing staff, and is very organized. I hope Gen Con stays here for many years to come!!!
