It’s truly a pleasure to write a review for such a highly recommended community. Syleste, the office manager, is absolutely one of the best apartment managers I’ve ever had. She found me the perfect location, and it really showed me how much she cares. If there’s ever a maintenance issue, the team is quick to respond—day or night—and always greets you with a big smile. I lived here for 4 years and it was an awesome experience. The office was always willing to work with me. Maintenance was always on top of it and took care of any issues I had. Never saw any pests. We were always communicated with when there was going to be construction, closures, or pest control. They put a lot of work into the complex over the 4 years I lived there. Everyone in the office was always incredibly kind! If you’re looking for an affordable apartment in Amarillo I would always recommend Indian Trail!
