Used to be a nice place to live until an out-of-state company bought it. Since then, management has gone downhill. The property manager is only here a couple days a week, maintenance that used to take days now takes weeks, and it feels like you're a nuisance for reporting problems. If you move here, make sure everything is fixed before you sign the lease, because getting things repaired afterward is a struggle.
If you wanna live somewhere where they can charge you all the random charges then get mad at you for saying something live here
No one response to phone calls or emails. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them about a few things after signing my lease. It’s almost like once you sign a lease, everything you need goes on the back burner. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for a week. A new company bought this complex called Morgan. They made really good improvements on the outside of the complex which was DESPERATELY needed!! There is now a small dog park and Bar be Que grills. Down side. The apartments are extremely small with the living room,dining room and kitchen all one room. Very small bathtubs made of hard plastic.Closets very small. Now they are making everyone get rid of their washers and dryers and putting their own in. Next they are no longer letting residents use the attic space which is the ... read more
I called the office and no one answered so I left a voice message. We applied online yesterday and paid $50. My husband I were expecting to meet up with the property manager anytime after 12 noon and he said he'd be there until 5 pm today (Sept. 15), but when we got there at 3:17 pm, he was not in the office and we saw a sign on the door that says he'll be back at 8:00. We've been looking to move in because I'm starting a new job this Thursday. This was very inconvenient for us as we drove all the way here from Jacksonville.
