Just moved in. So far I can say that the Property Manager Ricky Wagner made my move in stress free. He's very personable , efficient, professional,and will address all your needs. The maintenance man Alan is ABSOLUTELY amazing. He does the work of 3 men every single day. Your request get taken care of the same day. The complex is very quiet,and my favorite part. There is a nice lake with Canadian geese.
There are aspects of this place I absolutely love, however, hope you like fighting for parking. This was never an issue for years, but lately it has been brutal. Especially if you arrive home after 3 pm.
MOLD AND ROACHES SENT ME TO THE HOSPITAL WITH ASTHMA I STILL DEAL WITH!! If you value your health do not move here! I got sicker and sicker over the course of 2 years until I was hospitalized for almost a week on oxygen due to “the worst case of mold I’ve ever seen,” according to an environmental consultant. They also never raked leaves so probably about 2 ft of leaves full of mold piled up around my apartment.
