Came under new management around winter 2025. New management has steadily made the property more unpleasant to live in with ugly paint jobs, excessively bright lights, and dysfunctional smoke alarm and fire suppression systems. New property manager will tell you to wait OUTSIDE in 90+ degree summer heat while she takes a phone call during posted office hours, and is frequently unavailable during posted office hours.
