I had a bad experience dealing with this dealership
Vacationing from Connecticut. No dealer t shirts in anything other than a small. Sales lady tried selling my husband a woman’s shirt. Not one other person even attempted to talk to us. Disappointed. Guess I am used to our local dealership in Springfield mass!
Lack of service..We was in the store for over one hour trying Indian leather jackets, shoes/ helmets etc. Ready to buy Indian stuff with us back home to Norway. Ended up with nothing.. The staff was not interested to help or give us information..I guess she had more important stuff to do on the computer..:(

I am on vacation from Kentucky. I took an Uber to this store from Hollywood, FL and they did not have any Men’s “Indian Motorcycle of Miami” T-shirts in stock? Really? Very disappointed.
RecommendedTraveling thru Florida, our first stop returning from the Keys - Tony got us in for an oil change, Oscar changed the oil, installed and adjusted the foot pegs, Alecia provided excellent customer service at the counter. Thank you Indian Motorcycle of Miami.
