All around an great experience. I bought an Indian Scout and it was my first motorcycle. The staff helped out a lot by giving advise and answering all questions and concerns I had. Great dealership, with an awesome staff, and awesome motorcycles and products.
First Indian dealer I have ever dealt with, but an easy process, 90% accomplished over the phone so when I arrived at the shop it was basically in & out. Been riding Harley's since the 60's (still own a 2005 FLHTCI) but the Indian Scout put the FUN back into riding. Thanks to everyone at Tucson Indian
I would like to thank all the staff at Indian Motorcycle Tucson for my recent purchase of a 2017 Black/Cream Roadmaster. Matt and Mike worked with me on making it happen to include my trade in bikes one a 2016 Indian Chieftain and a 2015 HD Street Glide Special. A special shout out to Phil for getting all the stage one and two upgrades done and accessories installed by the time I picked up the ride. I went with my bf, he participates in the annual demo rides...enjoyed myself...BEAUTIFUL bikes...staff was extremely nice n curtious. Was something new for me.
The staff is always friendly and the service is great. We love to visit when we are in town!
