Really enjoyed my experience. Mark was very helpful in getting the 1.9 finance rate and spent a lot of time dealing with me and going through the operation of my bike. Andrew helped load the bike on a trailer and strapped it down for me. Mark was very generous in the gifts he gave me. Thank you Indian of Charlotte.
Really nice building. Decent selection of new bikes. There are more in Concord. Don't bother bring your trade in. They aren't interested in trades. Tried to work a deal for 3 weeks. Would not negotiate on a 2014. Now someone put a down payment on it? Or maybe Mark just wants me to go away? Although they are ready to deal on new bikes. Guess I'll keep shopping around. Adjustment: extra star because they DO NOT have a bunch of bogus fees and add on charges like other dealerships. A reasonable DOC fee and no other junk fees.
Had an app. For service. It went in and had some down load done back out very quickly.
I was told by coastal Indian my bike was a combination of Harley parts , victory parts , etc . I was told by Kevin the chief mechanic at Coastal indian , MURRELLS Inlet and they don't do warranty work ...Why are you guys selling jacked up bikes with recall issues to consumers , I cant find a dealer to help me with my issue .... I'm feeling really trapped with this bike , I always wanting an Indian motorcycle and paid cash for the this bike that doesn't run and nobody will fix it !!!!!!!! Help me please ....
