I want to thank Richie Ward and the entire dealership for the professional and friendly manner in which they resolved several issues with my Roadmaster. One was my fault and the other a result of a problem created by another dealer. They have gained a loyal customer for life and the only dealer I will have service my Roadmaster going forward.
