So, I moved out not to long ago and this is just an overview of the 2 years that me and my partner lived there. It was a nice place at first until they went through idk how many managers, along with maintenance men. Worst place ever to move, I only been here a couple of days and nothing they promised me is done and the apartment I moved in was so freaking filthy I been cleaning for days. Promised me a renovated place and the bathrooms are very outdated and said they forgot renovate it. There’s a mildewy smell in the apartment also. Expect an additional 210.00+ tacked on to your rent every month. As 1 person in an apartment a 98.00 sewage bill is outrageous. Sewer base fee 7.42 additional. Gas 41.18. What appliance uses gas? Electric bill is 80.00 so? Told it would be adjusted based on occupancy BEFORE signing lease. Not true. Split between all apartments. Would never have moved here if I was told gas water and sewage would be split based on rooms of every apartment in the complex. New manager won't respond to multiple inquiries.
