These recent rave reviews are fake. There’s no way someone is leaving Indian Hills good reviews like that. The real reviewers are the 1 star. Rats, mold…. No maintenance to fix issues. They’re renting to pretty much anyone who applies now so the whole complex is turning to crap. Literally. Trash everywhere and large dog crap everywhere. I shouldn’t go outside after 10pm and there be a group of 5+ teenagers walking around in the dark. The comment about the sewage is 100% correct.
