Overpriced, outdated and understaffed. Pools, hot tubs, saunas, locker rooms and rest rooms were disgusting. Restaurant was unable to accommodate even the smallest party in a reasonable amount of time. Simple expectations at a hotel like a working ice machine were an issue. There is absolutely no management on premises to address your concerns.. We felt sorry for the staff because they are obviously left on their own. I use to come here all the time and it was lovely years ago however we Stayed for our wedding anniversary They never mentioned that the Restraunt and bar would not be open as advertised for that weekend. .Rooms heater would not shut off stayed 90 degrees all night and had to leave the patio door open after messaging them about our experience they didn’t care enough to respond by email

Great place to stay in the Whites with amazing views right outside your window. They also offer shuttle service to downtown Lincoln. Outside heated pool is open year round too.
Bad service we went to hot tub we all got burned and no one want o listen our complained they keep telling us no managers here to listen to your complaints.
great place to take some time to relax. great atmosphere and many activities to do year round. always recommend the IHR to anybody

Awesome place Very relaxing
I love this place..beautiful scenery and cozy! hiking is in walking distance.
Hot tubs and pools are nice, the Mountain View on the property across the street from the main resort is gorgeous it’s just kind of a pain to go back and forth to swim with the kids. The paddle boats are nice right on the lake located on the premises. There’s even a cute little playground for younger kids.
