Went to see the thunderbird lounge. Was not disappointed. Stumbled across happy hour/ 1/2 off apps and beer on tap. Yay!! Lounge has beautiful views.

I have been going for 12 years now. Some years we go twice a year in the summer and the winter. There is a lot to do. It’s my home away from home. I have been going since my kids were 9 and 11 and they are adults now and they come up in their own. We love doing the cabins in the summer. They have so much to do with the little kids also.

A cordial staff, most friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds also first UFO 🛸 abduction! The Indian head was fascinating I wish I was there to see his helicopter 🚁 haircut. Food was the best, mouth watering. Sights to see are within an hours ride for Weirs Beach. Lake Winnipesaukee. Franconia Notch State Park with wonderful natural sights. Within about 5 miles. The state liquor store 4 miles as well as the Trade store. Breathtaking and adventures for days. I definitely will return in the fall.

The wall paper near the door is peeling off, there is a small hole in the wall and the decor is old and tired. For $250 a night this was not what I expected. We consider leaving... read more
