Recently took my second trip to Indian head with my family. The first trip had some hiccups, mainly with terrible customer service, but we had enjoyed the amenities and so decided to give it a second chance. Unfortunately our second trip was worse than the 1st, and we will not be returning. We traveled with our 3 children and were made to feel like we were unwelcome. We love keeping traditions including staying at Indian Head. We look forward to this weekend all year however your staff doesn’t seem to think that guests matter and maybe you don’t want families staying at your property. Customer service is terrible - if a problem occurs while a guest is staying on property, notifies staff immediately, checks out and nothing was said to guest about problem but credit card is still charged a “damage” fee, guest tries to fix situation and manager blocks all phone calls. Second experience there with horrible customer service. My friends rented a house for the weekend. A very old couch broke while we were JUST SITTING on it. They asked if the kids were jumping on it or anything. They were not. After we returned my friend found that they had charged his credit card $1200 without even telling him. They avoided his calls and wouldn’t call back when he tried to find out about the charge. use to love this place. recent visits have been not great. the dining room has been nothing short of terrible. The management has been tough to deal with and the property is need of updating and repair. It was great once unfortunately recent stays have been very disappointing. I will be looking for a new place to stay in the area
