these new maintenance guys are the best they've have ever had, Manager Kari only has good reviews from 2 months ago because of their ratings she was asking tenants for a review and a chance to get a big size candy bar whoo! those reviews are from her friends or TENANTS that do her favors, walk her dog check on her dogs pick up her kids etc etc they have their favorites and we can tell they love to retaliate if you complain about them. management is strict with visitors but has her own visitors with records.
