1 star Poor customer service, High turnover in office management and leasing staff, Horrible electric bill, (not energy efficient at all) COSERVE ONLY ELECTRICITY PROVIDER, (VERY HIGH VARIABLE RATE)

I Live Here For 15 Year's Now And I Love It Here Because They Are Very Quite But The Rent Is A Little To High For A One Bedroom I Would Love To See The Groundwork Done A Little Much Better And Please Take Away The Rocks 😊😊😊😊
From the speed of their maintenance people fixing problems, to the layouts of the apartments, these are awesome apartments through and through. They are well-maintained, the staff is helpful and available, there is no bug problem (as-of yet), and the property is in an awesome neighborhood. Upon move-in, we discovered the apartment we were assigned was the wrong layout. Within the next hour, Indian Creek had found an appropriate layout for us, managed to have it cleaned by move-in, and it was ready for us the next day! Not on... read more
The apartments have a great location, which I love. Requests for work needed in the apartments are handled fast and the pools are well maintained. �
Awful policies regarding notice of intent to move. Noisy neighbors that smoked and made my apartment smell bad. Not a good place.
