Posting a big "Thank you" to Independent VW & Audi for taking on the transmission reassignment (from triptronic to six speed ) this week on my mk4 GLI. They have done fantastic work on all of my Volkswagens and I highly recommend them for any VW related repair. I have owned over 10 VWs (currently own 5) in last 20 years aircooled and watercooled. I only recommend service I would send my family and close friends, if you are looking for honest VW repair contact them.--Josh

I recently had a flat tire on my 2008 Jetta and of course the security lug adapter was nowhere to be found. The dealer told me I could order a new adapter, but when I asked how to get the tire off in the mean time they offered no advice. I called Independent hoping to get a better answer and they offered to come to my house and help me out! (I live about a mile away from them.) We have a special VW. Not many places want to or can work on it. But they do. And enjoy it. I can assure you it shows! With 243000 miles and counting, our VW is running strong. Thanks to independent VW. Our 2004 VW Beetle Truly Nolen Limo is #TRULYloved by them.

I was referred by multiple people whom own/work on their own vws and audis to this place and I definitely don't regret it. They already had multiple cars in when I came. Although it ended up I only needed a new battery, I was in and out in an hour or less. They didn't charge labor and they charged less for the battery than the manufacturer Does on their website. My total including tax was less than their retail price of the battery alone. Extremely friendly staff. Glad I brought my car here.
