Not pleased with a phone call with Daniel of Sordi Properties. I’m a home owner at the Deerfield Complex in Fresno and we are going through a maintenance/painting phase (phase 3). The painters had to notify me to call Sordi because they were told to stop repairs on my home. I called Sordi and I spoke Daniel who stated I would have to detach my awning and pergola from the house immediately at my expense.
