When I initially called Independent Plumbing Solutions my basement was partially flooded. They had a full schedule, and still found the time to get a guy out to my place. I worked with Derick and through the whole process he was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and quickly responded to any questions I had. He was able to come out the next day and and finished in a timely manner. He went above and beyond what I was hoping for. If I needed any plumbing work done I would hire them again.

Contacted them to install a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. One of their plumbers came out for a site review and after a week, I called to get an update. Called to ask status and was told I would be called back. Called back the next day to ask status and was told I would be called back. I did receive a call back shortly after the second call and was told the job would take 2 days and would need two plumbers and they could not schedule any time for the foreseeable future. After calling 6 different local plumbers and getting the run around I called Independent Plumbing Solutions and met with Chizum McKinzie. He came out to my house, inspected the problem and provided the best solution, not to mention he was honest and professional. Chizum McKinzie and Daniel Baumgartner came to my house Tuesday morning and replaced my main water line from the sidewalk into my basement. They were both professional, organized and efficient.
