They are a complete RIP off. They charge high $$$ and give terrible service. Policies are enforced haphazardly. Brian Morgato is terrible at his job. Things, such as the pool, are not maintained and then are much more expensive to fix later. Too bad you can't give zero stars! I'm sure the other 3 reviews, all 1 star, would also be 0 if they could!
Danyelle and Bryan have been professional and prompt with their responses. Happy to have them managing our HOA. Thank you both!
With Danyelle in charge, evidently this is a whole new place. Very professional, very attentive to homeowners' needs and questions, very knowledgeable of the building, the vendors, and responds immediately to questions and concerns. If she can't answer a question she knows whom to reach. I've heard no complaints from any of the homeowners, and my own experience with IPMC has been excellent. Throw out the previous reviews - he's gone.
I agree with Brenda, who said they are unresponsive to owners complaints
