Have been trying to get through on the phone for over an hour now and it just keeps on going through to voicemail after being on hold a few minutes after going through that annoying "press 1 for this, press 2 for that". What makes it worse is that the female voice rattles off those options at the speed of light, making it difficult to take in what is being said. Just about ready to give up on ILS Warners Bay.
Been phoning for 4 weeks now with no reply :(
It has now been a week of contacting this business in regards to some faulty rental equipment. Equipment that is essential for the safe movement of a disabled person. It is unsafe. Emails phone calls messages promises of returned calls and NOTHING. DONT BUY OR TENT FROM THEM AS THERE IS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
Thay have a large range of products for the disabled. Staff are friendly and polite.felt very comfortable there.
