Really pleased with our purchase of a wheelchair. Dakota was extremely helpful explaining what would be suitable for our mother’s needs. He took time to explain all the parts and how to avoid pinching fingers. He even offered to bring the larger size from Hoppers Crossing if we felt the larger size was needed. We got a great deal too! Thank you
I met up with a physio in-store to help purchase a walker for my dad. After the physio helped us narrow down some choices, Dakota assisted us with finalising a choice, and also got the walker set up correctly for dad's height. He was so kind, patient and knowledgable - he made the process so much less stressful!
Incredibly helpful and kind customer service, would recommend any of my friends to go here! Answered all of my questions and even though I need them for 2 days time, they went out of their way to make sure I’ll have everything I need after surgery.

I loved buying my dad’s new walker from here! Dakota was a standout from the first warm greeting to being extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest about what would best suit my dad’s needs and budget. Other mobility aid showrooms I had visited felt less than caring and a very rushed sales experience but ILS are different and I’ll be buying dad’s wheelchair from here in the future.
