Staff provided good information about which walker would be suitable for my father. They were very patient as he tried out the walker and answered his questions. The walker wasn’t my father’s colour of choice however they said he could purchase it now and they would contact me when a black walker became available and he could exchange it. Thank you
Took my father in law in to get him some new wheels. The staff are amazing and so helpful good to see.
Thank you Poonah for your patience and helping me choose the right equipment for my dad.
Dakota and Thamara were terrific in helping me buy some support items for my 95 year old father. Dakota was personable, prompt and showed excellent product knowledge. All of this, and a wicked sense of humour to boot! Thamara was helpful, warm and polite. Thank you wholeheartedly for providing a cheery spark amongst life's challenging moments.
Too busy, to assist me with a purchase. Not a great look.
