The service at the Ascot Vale store was second to none, and a breath of fresh air in the now common climate of no-service! The three staff members were all knowledgeable and friendly, and Dakota was extremely helpful in showing me how a portable mobility scooter worked, especially as there wasn't one available to hire for the dates I needed one. It was nice to receive a warm welcome from all three staff upon arrival at the Ascot Vale Showroom, especially from Dakota. He was friendly, accommodating and took time to satisfy my requirements for a new walker with patience, and no fuss. Excellent customer service. Both Mel and Dakota were kind, attentive, friendly and thorough. I received plenty of information and help with choosing a rollater walker and they adjusted it for me, too. Dakota even helped me get it in the car. I'll be back for anything else I need in future. Highly recommended - thank you both very much.
