Great friendly and helpful service
I actually don't want to put any star ratings for this company as a negative star rating would better. They are very unprofessional not only did they charge me twice, both at different rates for a product that they didn't even have. They didn't even have the courtesy to ring me to say that they made a mistake. I had to ring them to see if the product was in yet. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They are not there to look after people with disabilities they are there to take your money and run.
Have been trying to get someone to answer the phone or return one of the many messages left OR a reply to an email, which have been consistently left for the past 8 weeks, regarding a prepaid for $395 wheelchair service. As no reply, my mum is left unable to move!!!! Not good enough, this needs to be sorted. I will be escalating wherever I can to ensure this does not continue to happen to vulnerable people. Disgusting attitude and behaviour from this entire company.
