independent health is the worst health care provider ever. We have had them 20 yrs and they denied my mri 4 times. Then sent me to a chiro , physical therapy , cold laser therapy and massage therapy. It took a surgeon to get my mri approved. I have herinated cervical disc in my neck that r pushing on my cevical nerve causing numbness and servere pain . I am totally paralyzed in my neck..
