I dropped off my 1.6L Miata engine in September 2025 with invoice paid in full at the time. The work included (but not limited to): cleaning, boring, decking, honing, porting, polishing, crankshaft polishing, and related work on both the head and block to achieve the 11:1 compression ratio I was going for. Our professional auto repair shop uses them to do repairs for our customers engines. Always great work and timely service.
Took a couple blocks there to get washed, work was done very sloppily. Uneven cleaning, unnecessary wire brushing to surfaces that are not supposed to be wire brushes and metal dust all over.
This place is awesome, recently opened by a very experienced guy named James and his Wife. They have amazing prices and are very talented. Very hard to find people like this nowadays. I took a bmw block to them and I would trust these people with everything head wise. If you want block work done quick find another shop. The best in head work!
