Very poor quality. Asked for carpet that would not leave foot prints and vacuum marks but that is not what we received! The carpet is poor quality!

I understand the recent flooring was a replacement of a manufacturer's claim and that it was discussed with your mother that the "only" carpet not to show footprints is a berber or low profile loop. That was not an option for her. As for the labor that you incurred, we covered half of the labor that the mill didn't cover as a courtesy to you.
