Salesperson Jason was great. Returned all my calls. The installation went great. They were on time and installed my new carpet in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

The sales person listened to what I needed and worked her magic. I no longer live in Michigan but went to Independent Carpet as I had used them 25+ years ago. The entire experience from purchase to install was just as I remembered- perfect and fabulous. Thank you.
Product and price were fine but everything from there was terrible. From wrong info to extra product to damage to home to rude and unpleasant installer to rude "customer service rep" to an owner that said he would take care of it and then never called me again. I will never ask these people into my home again.
