Business no longer exists. They "skipped town" and are nowhere to be found after non-payment of rent for a lengthy period of time according to the building's owner. Very disappointing as they still owe me work under warranty, including replacement of a head unit that I purchased through and had Independent BMW install. I was promised a replacement like several other things that will never come to fruition. Don't bother calling. Their phone (and Sean's cell phone is out-of-service). "No one (person or business) will care more about your German vehicle than these guys. Sean is brilliant. He cares about the health and longevity of his customers' vehicles as if they were his own. Stay away! Just look at their 1 star average reviews on Yelp. It says all that needs to be said.
No one (person or business) will care more about your German vehicle than these guys. Sean is brilliant. He cares about the health and longevity of his customers' vehicles as if they were his own. Something more shops should consider as their primary mission. Bravo Independent BMW!
