I used to love coming here and always referred my friends. However, the last two times I’ve showed up and the Dr. isn’t even here. The nurses say he’s “on his way” the first time I waited over an hour with my son and then left & had to go somewhere else! Now, I’m here to get my ear looked at, been waiting an hour and he’s still not here. Why do you even have office hours if the Dr. isn’t here during those hours?? RecommendedWent in today because of the holiday. I thought I would be waiting a lot longer than what I did. Everyone was incredibly nice and for the most part the facility appeared to be clean. The chairs in the exam rooms probably need to be swapped out for something a bit easier to clean but other than that, I thought it looked nice. Thanks for your help today ladies!!

AMAZING staff, even though I left AWFUL - quick, in and out in 45 minutes. Dr took the time to listen to me, my symptoms and history.
Avoid this place at all cost, brought a screaming three year old in who was obviously in pain with a large gash on his forehead, sat down to fill out paperwork and then told to take him to the ER they won't treat patients under 5 years of age. Not one person offered to at least look at him. Just sent out the door. Terrible service
If I could give no stars I would! Dr. Kadetz is a joke!
The staff was awesome! Doctor and Nurse did a great job. The facility needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned! Fabric chairs in the waiting room are filthy. Floors/walls/vents need to be cleaned.

Worst place ever !!! Dr.Joshua kadetz is ABSOLUTELY the most cruelest , worst POS doctor i have ever dealt with.. Wouldnt recommend him to put a bandaid on a dying goat.. Please please spread the word....
Called in advance to ask if they could do staple removal. "They weren't sure". Ok....Do you accept my insurance? Don't know that either. We come in, ask how much copay would be? They don't know.... filled out all medical history, personal information....left my grandmother there. She calls me a few minutes later, they do not accept her insurance. As I complain about their process and say that I'm going to leave a bad review, I was met with attitude and sarcasm by the front desk employee. Ridiculous! I have no problem taking ... read more
