You come in with no patients and yet still sit there for hours. I have attempted this location about four times and Everytime it's been hours of a wait.
RecommendedFast, convenient treatment & thank goodness they gave me a work excuse for myself along with my daughters school one! Kudos!
The nurses & doctors are seriously the #1 reason I continue to come here, even tho I've got several urgent care locations closer to home. It's completely worth a few extra miles to have such a genuinely happy, caring, and concerning staff. They are quick & actually listen to the details & anyone feeling bad & needing medical attention can appreciate the fact they don't keep you waiting excessively. Love this Location!!
Went in today because of the holiday. I thought I would be waiting a lot longer than what I did. Everyone was incredibly nice and for the most part the facility appeared to be clean. The chairs in the exam rooms probably need to be swapped out for something a bit easier to clean but other than that, I thought it looked nice. Thanks for your help today ladies!!

Avoid this place at all cost, brought a screaming three year old in who was obviously in pain with a large gash on his forehead, sat down to fill out paperwork and then told to take him to the ER they won't treat patients under 5 years of age. Not one person offered to at least look at him. Just sent out the door. Terrible service
The staff was awesome! Doctor and Nurse did a great job. The facility needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned! Fabric chairs in the waiting room are filthy. Floors/walls/vents need to be cleaned.

Called in advance to ask if they could do staple removal. "They weren't sure". Ok....Do you accept my insurance? Don't know that either. We come in, ask how much copay would be? They don't know.... filled out all medical history, personal information....left my grandmother there. She calls me a few minutes later, they do not accept her insurance. As I complain about their process and say that I'm going to leave a bad review, I was met with attitude and sarcasm by the front desk employee. Ridiculous! I have no problem taking ... read more

Ugh. If I could give 0 stars I would. The nurse was sweet, but that's about it. My son broke his arm and needed x-rays and a splint until he could see a specialist. The splint was a joke. No one there knew how to put it on. When we went to the specialist the next day, he even asked who on earth put the splint on. Top it off, the customer service in the billing dept. was so very rude. I called to pay our bill in full and you would have thought I called to say I wasn't paying at all.
They treated my boyfriend for allergies/asthma but he was actually having a heart attack
