Dr. Soe I believe thats how you spell is definitely the best Dr. Out of all the Drs. There. He cares and listens. I recommend him to anyone.
Went on Sunday 2/26 I've been sick for a week, it was a busy Sunday with maybe 8 in the waiting room at 1030, it opens at 10. I expected to wait longer, but only an hour. They answer all your concerns and questions. I have been telling my friends don't go to little clinic the wait with no people is 2 hours alone with no one there and to go to Bluegrass it is way faster. We have taken our son twice was in an out in 25 minutes both times.
Took my 3 year old to Bluegrass after he fell on concrete steps and was bloody & had a huge knot on his head. They came right out and looked at him and gave him an ice pack before even getting him fully checked in. Everyone was super nice to us (including other patients) and we were in and out within 45 minutes - I even made it back to watch the end of my other son's last basketball game! I've heard scary stories about Urgent Care facilities but can honestly say nothing but good things about today's experience.

I visited on December 26th with a bad sore throat and fever. It was a busy day for them so the wait was not unexpected. Everyone was extremely friendly and Dr Sullivan was wonderful. She is very personable as well as thorough and knowledgeable.
Thank you so much for taking over ownership of this urgent care! I can come and bring my family and know that we will all be taken care of! So happy we now have a dependable and trustworthy urgent care close to home!
