I've been using Bonnie Barrera at Independence Title Insurance for 12yrs. I've used other's here and there, but for tough,sticky and just flat out difficult liens which need some cleaning, Independence is where to be. So imagine how easy and great EZ deals are, if they can clean/advice on difficult title liens. I'm a Real Estate Broker, and I've closed my personal contracts with Bonnie. ...so that should speak for itself.
Go see Angie and Diane in Bastrop if you want your title work done right, in time, and with a smile. Great folks. I've bought four parcels in three transactions with them, and won't go anywhere else.
